This modern hotel is a good value for the center of a mid-sized European city. I liked the fact that it was in center but isolated away from the party areas. 8-10 min walk from hauptbahnhof. Lots of bakeries and shopping steps away. The across the street from a mall. It is also clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice, and the toilet is in its own room, which might help couples traveling together. The option for the self check in was easy. The coffee maker in the lobby is a bonus.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff! We chose this hotel for its location, style, and great reviews — and we couldn’t have made a better choice. So happy we stayed here! We arrived early, around 10 AM, before the official check-in time. The staff kindly offered us wait until 12:00 for check-in. However, since it was my birthday on the day of arrival, they surprised us by checking us in immediately free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they gifted us two small bottles of Riesling wine — an absolutely lovely surprise. Thank you so much for this, Stephie! The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. We especially liked the large shower and the fact that the air conditioning worked perfectly. In the hotel lobby, there was also a coffee machine available where guests could enjoy complimentary coffee — either in a cup or to take away. I would like to give special thanks to the staff for their hospitality. In particular, to Stephie who checked us in, and another gentleman working the night shift (unfortunately I don’t know his name). We were leaving very early in the morning, and he kindly offered us coffee to take with us. Although we declined as we were in a rush, the gesture itself was very thoughtful.

Very nice and clean. Comfortable, big television, lovely shower, pretty spacious too and friendly staff. Breakfast was yummy and they had a lot of options. I probably won’t come to Dortmund again, but if I were, I’d stay here again!

We liked the hotel; the rooms are small but comfortable, beautiful, and bright. Unfortunately, there was no water or any necessary items (toothpaste, slippers…) in the room. Since we were interested in the central area, in that sense the hotel was located in an ideal spot—just a two-minute walk and we were on the main street. We were very surprised to see the free water, coffee, and tea in the hotel lobby. At any time, you could go and take as much as you wanted.

Lady in upstairs restaurant/breakfastroom couldhavebeen friendlier.Therecould have been more choice of, especially, warm foods. If I'd paid an 18€ supplement for the breakfast I'd havebeen unhappy. As it was included it was fine.

The hotel is located in the city center, 5min walk from the train station and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the hotel proximity. The room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed. The temperature was excellent as well. Big shower cabin with hot water. The breakfast include various type of cheese, meats, salads, eggs and some sweets. The coffe is excellent.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Prize by Radisson in Dortmund City, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Prize by Radisson for anyone visiting Dortmund. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and top-notch service. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city!
